Looking to enjoying your vacation up close and personal with Hawaii's beautiful beaches and ocean? This oceanfront villa is the one for you! You'll be impressed with the spectacular unobstructed ocean view. It's one of the rare villas that is situated in the resort so the ocean and beach is right in front of you almost as if you can touch it!
This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 8th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B808). The villa faces northwest, and at certain times of the year you can enjoy the sunset from the lanai (end of winter through summer). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The spacious villa is 1,171 square feet with a 251 square foot lanai has a king size and two twin extra-long beds (option to combine together as a king), and sofa bed.
Please note the kiddie pool will close for repairs starting 10/13 and reopens 10/24.
The fitness center is closed from 9/29 for upgrades and maintenance. Reopening date has not been provided by the resort.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this property. We previously stayed in 2021. Again the property did not disappoint! Great location, great views, and a well appointed unit. The mattresses on the beds were new according to the property manager, they’d just been delivered the week before we arrived. They were very comfortable. The unit has everything you need. I will echo my sentiment from my last stay that the chairs on the lanai are not very comfortable. They are not the chairs that you see in the pictures on the listing. They are hard plastic Adirondack type chairs that are difficult to move towards and away from the table on the tile floor. My elderly parents had an especially hard time with them and almost fell at one point trying to move the chair to get up from the table. Also, beware of the washing machine. The drum has an opening between it and the seal and small items can work their way in that opening and be lost forever trapped inside the mechanism of the machine. This happened with one of my reusable makeup eraser clothes. If you’re going to wash smaller items bring a larger delicates washing bag with you to protect against losing any items. This unit has the best allotted parking spot in the garage in my opinion. It’s directly next to the elevator and is an extra wide spot. You can easily park a larger vehicle like an expedition or a wagoneer there where you would have difficulty in any of the other spots in the garage. We love staying here! Mahalo!
